1 John 3:1a

Mighty Servants of God. What a privilege to be a child of God, a partner with Him in His work in the world, a follower and friend of Jesus His Son. What a privilege to know the fellowship of His Spirit, of His people, of trusted spiritual mentors and friends. What a privilege to hold His Word in our hands, to meditate on His truth, to have a firm foundation for life. What a privilege to be able to talk with the God of the Universe, to know He hears and answers when we seek Him. What a privilege to be able to model our lives and leadership after the One in whom there is no falsehood, no error, no missteps.

See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!—1 John 3:1a
